The need for secure, local data capacity is growing rapidly – driven by digitalization and new applications of artificial intelligence. Data centers are a capital-intensive, long-term industry that can create significant value, while also serving as a clear sustainability asset through heat recovery and local energy circularity.
We develop data center projects with the same discipline as in real estate and infrastructure: long-term value creation, rigorous risk management, and robust project execution. We combine regulatory expertise, technical understanding, and commercial delivery capability to build a portfolio of data center initiatives in Norway and Europe, with an ambition to deliver solutions that work for customers, grid owners, and local communities.
